After reading the book, The Oxygen Advantage by Patick McKeown and listening to Laird Hamilton, I picked up the breathing technique.
I’ve found it to be a game changer for me.
I felt I had more energy, more power in my hits in boxing, running and biking further and faster, and I’d go so far as to say I get more done with work.
I was thrown off how much it would effect things in my life. I used to snore and now it’s gone. Diet and rest has made a difference with that as well but from what I’m told it’s completely gone now.
